The pivot, in my own voice.

I spent nearly a decade at Deloitte, the last eight years as a VP running global product teams. I left because I wanted to build, not just direct. The last three years I've been doing exactly that: co-founded Gaite AI, a production RAG platform now in pilot with 1,200 users. Launched Arcline STS, an AI consulting firm currently engaged with a $17M telecom integrator.

What I learned from running my own ventures is the part you can't get any other way: I had to be the architect, the product manager, and the salesperson on the same day. That's made me a sharper leader than I would have been if I'd stayed in big consulting. Now I'm ready to bring that builder energy to an organization with scale.

Current ventures.

A decade at Deloitte, building real products.

$30M+ price optimization platform across 10,000+ restaurants.

Led the team that built and shipped Deloitte's price optimization product. Over eight years it grew into a $30M+ product line serving Fortune 500 restaurant clients.

50+ person global team across three continents.

Built and ran a product engineering org spanning the US, India, and Ukraine. Eventually responsible for the full P&L.

The redeployment.

When my division restructured in 2022, I redeployed every member of my 12-person team into new roles rather than letting them be cut. None of them lost their job.

Managed Analytics Platform.

Co-led Deloitte's cloud-based analytics PaaS for Fortune 500 clients — one of the firm's first true product offerings.

A few things I believe about building.

  1. 01AI demos are easy. AI products are hard. The gap is mostly the "boring" infrastructure work.
  2. 02The best AI leaders are translators — fluent with the engineers talking embeddings and the executives talking ROI.
  3. 03Frameworks beat models. The model will change every six months. The product structure around it is what makes it useful.
  4. 04Ship before it's ready, then make it better. Production is the only place you learn what users actually need.
  5. 05Small teams that own outcomes beat big teams that own components.

What I'm looking for.

Right now I'm exploring senior product and AI leadership roles — VP / Director of Product, Head of AI, Principal Consultant, or a CTOseat at a growth-stage company. I'm most useful when there's a real business problem to solve, not just a process to manage.

Industries I have particular interest in: AI / ML, SaaS, healthcare and benefits tech, senior living and aging services (a long personal story), consulting, telecom, government. Open to others if the work is interesting.

Remote preferred. Open to hybrid or relocation for the right role.
